FUN
Crelogix encourages fun activities for its employees
through team sponsorships, social activities, events
that support charities, and healthy lifestyle options.
We understand the importance of having the best achiever
in the right role. We value our employees and want them
to feel that they are in the right job, too. We take
pride in leading reward and recognition programs that
acknowledge our employees and how they contribute to our
joint success.
Some programs are designed specifically for our originations
personnel, such as Presidents Club. Other programs promote
performance and actions which exemplify the core values of
our company.
President’s Club
The President’s Club is a circle of winners. Full-time employees
with personal quotas are eligible to join the club
when they achieve 115% of their targeted annual performance.
Each year that a team member achieves 115% of their personal
Key Performance Indicator will receive an invitation to join the winners'
circle at a luxury destination. The trip is awarded for the winner
and guest and is an all inclusive week long vacation. Destinations
are chosen for their upscale opportunities for fun, sun, relaxation
and camaraderie.
Coach’s Pick
The Coach's Pick program recognizes outstanding contribution to
Crelogix by employees who are not eligible for President's Club
membership. On a quarterly basis, senior management accepts nominations
from our fellow employees for those employees who have demonstrated
outstanding performance along with the Crelogix values.
From these nominations, the person who best exemplifies behaviour in
alignment with our core value is named "Coach's Pick" for that quarter.
The honour comes with a cash award.
