The leadership team of the company is active employee shareholders
who, collectively posses a broad and deep range of successful experience
within the financial services industry.
Karl Sigerist, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sigerist is directly responsible for setting the strategy
and vision, developing the culture, building the team and
allocating the capital resources of the company. Karl has a
track record of managing growth and transforming traditional
businesses within the information technology and financial
service industries. Karl Sigerist serves on the Board of Directors
for Crelogix Credit Group Inc.
From 2004 to his current appointment, Karl was the Senior
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company
and has been directly responsible for all operating activities
of the company since that time. He became a Shareholder in
the company in 2005.

Michael McKay, Vice President Finance and Controller
Mr. McKay is responsible for all aspects of the accounting and
financial reporting function for the company and oversees
information technology integration, facilities management,
payroll, and treasury, legal and tax compliance, while providing
originations support on larger opportunities. Mike was instrumental
in the integration of the company upon its original acquisition by
the Travelers Financial group of companies in 1993. He was promoted
to Vice President of Crelogix in 2005 and
became a Shareholder in the company in March of 2008.

Michael Mills, Vice President Collections and Customer Service
Mr. Mills is Vice President of Collections and Customer Service for
Crelogix having joined the company in 2005
as Director of Collections and Customer Service. In this present role
Michael is responsible for the management and ongoing development of
collections strategies to support the unprecedented growth of Crelogix'
managed receivables portfolios. Mr. Mills is also responsible for
adherence to, and achievement of the corporation's principles and
objectives. Mr. Mills became a Shareholder in Crelogix in March of 2008.
Michael has extensive experience in the Canadian banking community
and specializes in the management of receivables portfolios collections,
the mitigation of risk, and the development of strategies to maximize
return. Mr. Mills is tri-lingual and holds a B.A. from Concordia University
and a Diplome D'Etudes Collegiales from Dawson College, both in Montreal,
Quebec, as well as Certification in Credit Management from the University of Calgary.

Nicholas Carter, Vice President of Credit Risk Management
Mr. Carter is Vice President Credit and Risk Management. Mr. Carter is
responsible for proactively protecting the interests of Crelogix
and its stakeholders with the continued development and ongoing
review of credit and risk management strategies to support Crelogix business
processes. Mr. Carter became a Shareholder in Crelogix in March of 2008.
Nick Carter joined the company in 2006 as Director of Credit and Risk Management.
He has extensive senior management experience, expertise and judgment based
on more than two decades in the Canadian chartered bank and commercial
lending environments - enhancing credit and risk management systems and
streamlining processes with design and implementation of automated adjudication,
analytics, credit scoring, risk and payment systems.
Mr. Carter holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce
from the University of Alberta, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the
University of British Columbia, and has completed courses for his Master of
Economics from the University of Calgary and the Canadian Securities Course.
He is a Member of the Retail Risk Council, member and past Board Member of
The Credit Scoring and Risk Strategy Association, and a member of the Risk
Management Association, and Past Vice Chairman of the North Okanagan Mainline
Real Estate Board.
