Crelogix supports the development of its employees.

In 2005 Crelogix founded 'Crelogix University' as an umbrella program to enhance learning opportunities for its employees. From time to time, sessions are sponsored by Crelogix to provide training and development to eligible staff for specific topics and skill set improvement.

Certain courses offered outside the organization may also be eligible for cost sharing between its employees and Crelogix.
