Burnaby, BC, March 21, 2011: Crelogix announced today that Wayne Cook has been reappointed as Chairman of the Board of Crelogix Acceptance Corporation. Mister Cook was first appointed Chairman of Crelogix in 2008 when he was also the Vice President of Servus Credit Union. Mister Cook is now retired form Servus but will continue to lend his nearly four decades of familiarity with the financial service industry to aid in the continuing rapid growth and development of Crelogix.

Mr. Cook's career includes various senior positions with Servus Credit Union and its predecessors Commonwealth Savings Credit Union and Parkland Savings Credit Union. He also has a strong background with several other financial service organizations including Coastal Community Credit Union, the Bank of Nova Scotia, and the United Dominions Corp (a subsidiary of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce). Mr. Cook's background in commercial and consumer financial services includes risk management, credit, collections, customer service and operations.

Mr. Cook joins Crelogix seasoned management team, who boast more than 100 years of combined experience in the financial services industry. Crelogix supports over 6,000 Canadian business clients in all provinces and both official languages.
