Crelogix as a company and its team
members as individuals are actively involved in a number of
trade and professional associations. Our affiliation with such
associations allows us to keep apprised of, and work for, the
benefit of issues of importance to our strategic and vendor partners.

American Financial Services Association

The American Financial Services Association (AFSA) is the national
trade association for the consumer credit industry, protecting access
to credit and consumer choice. AFSA represents consumer and sales finance
companies, vehicle finance companies, industrial banks, mortgage lenders,
card issuers, retail financial services providers, commercial finance
companies and independently owned and operated consumer finance companies.
AFSA's diverse membership is united by the common goal of serving the
credit needs of consumers and businesses. The Association encourages
and maintains ethical business practices and supports financial education
for consumers of all ages, best practices and the exploration of new ideas
and opportunities to enhance the industry.
American Resort Development Association

The American Resort Development Association (ARDA) is the Washington
D.C.-based professional association representing the vacation ownership
and resort development industries. Established in 1969, ARDA today has
nearly 1,000 corporate members ranging from privately held firms to publicly
traded companies and international corporations with expertise in shared
ownership interests in leisure real estate.
Automotive Industries Association of Canada

AIA is a national trade association representing the automotive aftermarket
industry in Canada. The aftermarket is a $16.7 billion industry that employs
more than 410,700 people. The industry is composed of companies that manufacture,
distribute and install automotive replacement parts, accessories, tools, and equipment.
AIA represents manufacturers, re-builders, manufacturers agents, warehouse distributors,
national distributors, buying groups, wholesalers, machine shops, retailers, and
through its councils, the interests of collision repair shops and automotive service
and repair outlets. AIA’s mandate is to promote, educate and represent members in
all areas that impact the growth and prosperity of the industry.
The Association for Corporate Growth

The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) is the global community for middle market M&A dealmakers
and business leaders focused on driving growth. ACG members have access to data, content and networking
opportunities to find the opportunities, capital and knowledge they need to drive and sustain corporate growth.
Founded in 1954, ACG has grown to more than 12,000 members organized in 54 chapters throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
The BC Career Colleges Association

The BC Career Colleges Association was set up in 1977 to promote and support
those involved in private post-secondary education. Our aim is to ensure that
the private training industry is recognized for the high level training and
student satisfaction it delivers. With a shortage of skilled workers in B.C.
and inadequate seats in the public post-secondary system, private
institutions are a vital part of the education picture in this province.
Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers

Cooperative Association of Resort Exchangers (C.A.R.E.)) is a trade
association established in 1985 by representatives of timeshare resorts who
found that by exchanging vacation inventory among themselves, they were better
able to satisfy their owners with increased vacation opportunities. Today, member
companies are also able to utilize inventory and generate revenue through
wholesale rentals while continuing to offer expanded exchange and fulfillment
options. C.A.R.E. is not an exchange company, it does not own or control inventory
or guarantee fulfillment of travel requests, and/or rental or sale of any type of
inventory, service or product. C.A.R.E. provides a networking platform that offers
the tools for individual business enhancement while requiring its Member companies
to adhere to its Code of Standards and Ethics.
Canadian Finance & Leasing Association

The Canadian Finance & Leasing Association (CFLA) represents the
asset-based financing, equipment and vehicle leasing industry in Canada.
With over $106.6 billion of financing in place with Canadian businesses
and consumers, the asset-based financing industry is the largest provider
of debt financing in this country after the traditional lenders
(banks and credit unions).
Canadian Franchise Association

The Canadian Franchise Association (CFA) was founded in 1967 by a small
group of franchisors who recognized the need for a national organization
committed to the growth, enhancement and development of ethical franchising
across the country. Over 40 years later, CFA – a not-for-profit national
trade association – represents almost 500 franchise systems and the professionals
who support the industry.
Canadian Off-Highway Vehicle Distributors Council

The Canadian Off-Highway Vehicle Distributors Council (COHV), formerly the
Canadian All-Terrain Vehicle Distributors Council (CATV), originally founded
in 1984, is a national, non-profit, trade association representing the
responsible interests of the major ATV and off-highway motorcycle
manufacturers, distributors and retail outlets of OHV related products and
services. The member companies of the COHV account for over 90 percent of all
the new OHVs sold in Canada.
Canadian Resort Developers Association

The Canadian Resort Developers Association (CRDA) is an industry-based association
dedicated to furthering the ownership-based resort and leisure industry, both at
home and abroad. It was founded over 20 years ago as “the Resort Timesharing
Council of Canada” in response to the public’s insatiable demand for more information
about typical “fee simple” (or “deeded”) timeshare products. With the advent of flexible,
leisure creative products (such as “points” based programs, “floating time, floating space”
systems, multi-destination vacation clubs, fractional ownership resorts, equity
participation projects and condo hotels), CRDA has evolved to become the pre-eminent
industry association responsible for overseeing all forms of Vacation Ownership in Canada.
The goals of the Association are to encourage and maintain a high standard of ethical
conduct throughout the industry, and to assist in the education of Canadian industry
members toward an enhanced standard of professionalism.
The Commercial Finance Association

The Commercial Finance Association (CFA), is the international trade association dedicated
to the asset-based lending and factoring industries.
Founded in 1944, the CFA has nearly 300 member companies and 16 chapters located throughout
the United States, Mexico and Canada. CFA members include a diverse collection of lending
institutions that range from international banks to independent entrepreneurial finance
companies. CFA membership is by organization, not by individual. All employees of a member
company can take advantage of CFA membership benefits.
Dental Industry Association of Canada

The Dental Industry of Canada (DIAC) is committed to providing the highest standard
of service to the dental industry in Canada, by assisting members in the development
of sound dental education and ethical business practices, building awareness of and
compliance with government and regulatory issues, in the interests of improving the
delivery of national health and the general welfare of the country, providing liaison
with professional associations and other trade groups to better serve the public
interest, developing, collecting and distributing statistical and management information
for the industry, providing sales, marketing and technical education through sponsored
events, and coordinating public relations activities for the Canadian dental industry.
The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association

The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) is the trade association
representing financial services companies and manufacturers in the $650 billion
U.S. equipment finance sector. ELFA members are the driving force behind the
growth in the commercial equipment finance market and contribute to capital
formation in the U.S. and abroad. Overall, business investment in equipment
and software accounts for 8.0 percent of the GDP; the commercial equipment
finance sector contributes about 4.5 percent to the GDP.
Fitness Industry Council of Canada

Fitness Industry Council of Canada (FIC) represents the voice of fitness facility
operators across Canada. Representing over 2,000 facilities with over 2 million members
nationwide, FIC pursues a legislative agenda in hopes of bettering the fitness industry
for both consumers and operators.
International Health, Racquet and Sports Club Association

A trade association serving the health and fitness club industry. IHRSA's mission is to grow,
protect and promote the health and fitness industry, and to provide its members with benefits
that will help them be more successful. For more than a quarter of a century, IHRSA has provided
its member clubs and suppliers with an unprecedented wealth of information, research and
networking to help with every aspect of running a profitable enterprise.
The International Factoring Association's

The International Factoring Association's (IFA) goal is to assist the Factoring
community by providing information, training, purchasing power and a resource for
the Factoring community.
Founded in 1999, the International Factoring Association provides a way for Commercial
Factors to get together and discuss a variety of issues and concerns in the industry.
By working together, Commercial Factors have an easy way to disseminate information and
have a single voice in the marketplace. Association members also have group buying power
in negotiating for goods and services.
Motorcycle & Moped Industry Council

The Motorcycle and Moped Industry Council (MMIC) is a national, non-profit trade association
that represents the manufacturers and distributors of street legal motorcycles and related
products and services in Canada.
National Association of Career Colleges

The National Association of Career Colleges (NACC) aims to encourage excellence in the
private training sector and to promote the interests of its members and their students at
the national level. The association is an association of private career training institutions
from across Canada and companies offering products and services to those institutions.
National Golf Course Owners Association Canada

The NGCOA Canada is a not-for-profit trade association, owned and governed by its membership,
providing business support to Canadian golf course operators and related stakeholders,
presenting one united voice within the golf course industry.
The New Brunswick Association of Career Colleges (NBACC)

The New Brunswick Association of Career Colleges (NBACC) represents the interests of private
career colleges across New Brunswick and is affiliated with the National Association of
Career Colleges.
The National Funding Association

The NFA is a dynamic networking organization consisting of financial professionals
from every financing category who have come together to network and build bridges
within the financial community. The Association is in essence a network of individuals
consisting of investment bankers, accountants, attorneys, brokers, venture capitalists,
consultants, bankers, turnaround professionals, factors, specialty finance companies,
and asset based lenders.
NFA members provide services including working capital, commercial finance, factoring,
commercial lending, equipment lending, bridge financing, mezzanine lending, equity, and
financial services of other types as well. Our service provider members include consultants,
investment bankers, attorneys, CPA’s, brokers, strategic advisors, interim CFO’s and others
providing a wide spectrum of services.
Ontario Association of Career Colleges

OACC is a non-profit organization established in 1973, originally named the Private Career
Education Council. The Association's purpose then and now is to ensure that Private Career
Colleges have a provincial voice in Ontario.
Private College Association of Nova Scotia

Private College Association of Nova Scotia. Since 1995, this volunteer organization has
been part of a national network of provincial associations that provide services and
benefits to some of Canada’s leading private colleges.
Walls Windows Furnishings Association

The Walls Windows Furnishings Association (WWFA) promotes awareness in Canada of
quality interior decorating, products and services through trade and consumer
advertising media, trade shows, education, and to obtain benefits for WWFA members
to enhance their ability to serve their consumers efficiently and with integrity.
